In the first year, our team completed feasibility studies and obtained all necessary permits for the Promenada Office Park complex in Cluj. Over 40 meetings were held with local authorities, and design contracts were signed with architecture firms from Bucharest and Vienna.
Earthworks and the pouring of foundations for the Titan Office Tower began in March 2022. By December, the concrete structure of the first six floors was completed, and the plumbing and electrical systems were already laid out in the building's core.
In 2023, the Plaza Office & Retail in Timișoara entered the interior finishes and ventilated facade phase. The building achieved BREEAM Excellent certification, and the first ground-floor commercial spaces were handed over to tenants in October.
